Shipping policy
We currently support 3 Shipping Approaches:
Shipment/Pickup from Oxford (Immediate): The items will be processed the same day the order is placed. The items will be shipped out either same day or the second day.
Shipment From Warehouse (Delivery in 2-3 weeks): The items will be processed within 1-2 days before the tracking information is provided. The Items will be delivered within 2-3 weeks (might vary due to customs policies changes).
Pre-Order Delivery in 6-8 weeks): This option is to secure your spot on the first release of the items, the delivery time will be 6-8 weeks after the announced releasing period of the items.
Import Note: For Items shipped from the warehouse (purchasing options of Shipment From Warehouse (Delivery in 2-3 weeks)) or Pre-Orders, once the order is placed, any request for order cancellation/refund will only be provided with a 50% refund before the item is shipped.
